1. Click 'Manager completion report' from the Tenant Administration block on the home page:
   
   
   
   
2. You may like to focus on one course at a time to filter out all incomplete users so select a course from the first drop down list.
   
   
   
   
3. The pie chart loaded below will show a summary of how many users are registered as either Complete, Incomplete or Not Started.
   
   
   
   
4. If there are users registered as Incomplete, you can look further into this by isolating these incomplete users in a table at the bottom of the page.
   
   
   
   
5. The report that loads will reveal whether the incomplete status is due to not achieving a passing grade:
   
   
   
   
6. If this is is not the case and the user claims they have completed, you can submit a ticket to the support desk by selecting 'Get help' from the Tenant Administration block.
