1. Select 'Search users' from your home page.
   
   
    
2. Enter the users name in the filter field and click 'Add filter'.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the the Eye symbol which can be found on the far right of a user row.
   
   
   
4. This will cause the user's text to turn grey and the eye symbol will have a cross through it, denoting that they are suspended and not using up a system licence.
   
   
   
   
5. If the user's account is already grey with a cross through the eye symbol, just click the crossed out eye symbol again to re-activate this account.
