1. Select 'Manage courses' from the home screen.

  2. Select your course and scroll to the bottom of the screen where you select the 'Enrolled users' option.

  3. From the top of the enrolled users screen, you can see a summary of your licences for this course.

  4. From this screen you can also:
    • Enrol users, one at a time via the 'Enrol users' button
    • Search for an enrolled user via the 'Search' box
    • Check the course expiry date from the 'License Expiry Date' column on the right
    • Check if a user has used their license, in which case they can not be suspended - See the 2nd user
    • Check if a user has not used their license and can be suspended - See 1st user
    • Check if a user has been suspended and can not therefore access the course - see the 3rd user
    • Unsuspend a suspended user so that they can access their course
