To achieve this, I would use Bulk User actions from the Search Users page.
- Select 'Search Users' from the home page:
- Click 'Show more' to see additional filters you can apply:
- From the 'Suspended account' filter, select 'No':
- Apply this filter:
- Now, you should only see the active accounts which you would like to export:
- With the following user accounts filtered out, select 'Bulk user actions' from the Administration block on the left:
- On the Bulk user actions, our selection has been passed over to a list in the box on the left:
- To download this list of users and their details, you need the same list moved to the right hand box, click 'Add all' to do this:
- With your list moved to the right hand box, select 'Download' and click 'Go':
- Make sure you chose .xlsx format on the next screen. Please don't chose CSV format. Then click 'Download':
- The downloaded file will include many columns you'll not need, so you'll want to delete some:
